Embedded in the decision layer, across the full lifecycle, from preparation through close.

My background is in complex, regulated, and technology-enabled environments. I have worked directly with senior executives in operating roles including Chief-of-Staff-type positions and P&L oversight across global infrastructure and technology platforms.
LosAltos Advisory started from a specific observation: the most important decisions in a transaction are rarely the ones that get the most attention. Ownership drifts, the narrative fragments under pressure, and the team gradually loses its orientation to the story it set out to tell. I built a practice around the position that no one else in the process occupies.
Most participants in a transaction see only part of the system.
Banks see positioning and buyer interaction. Consultants see analysis. Sponsors see governance.
Each plays a defined role. None are structured to operate across the full lifecycle at the point where decisions are made.
As a transaction progresses, that gap becomes more visible. Information fragments, ownership blurs, and the narrative begins to drift under pressure.
The position I occupy exists because no other participant in the system is set up to hold it. Inside the management team, across the full lifecycle, with direct access to the decision layer.
It is simple to describe, and difficult to replicate.
