    Mia Javier is a strategic advisor specializing in execution-focused leadership, innovation, and crisis management. With a background at Amazon Web Services, Veolia and the Cleantech Group, she has worked across industries to help executives align strategy with execution, drive organizational transformation, and navigate high-stakes decision-making. As Founder of LosAltos Advisory, Mia partners with corporate leaders, consulting firms, and high-growth companies to bridge the gap between strategy and operational impact.

  • Jamie Rubbi-Clarke

    ASSOCIATE

    Jamie is a cybersecurity professional and chartered engineer with expertise in GRC, cloud security and resiliency work with Boards and senior stakeholders. Formerly in leadership roles with Amazon Web Services, Control Risks and PwC. Jamie also serves as an elected Board Member at the Chartered Institute of Information Security (CIISec).

    Jamie is British and currently based in Sydney.
