The thinking Vantage is built on: why complex transactions lose their thread, and what it takes to hold it.
Transactions rarely fail on a single bad decision. They fail because decisions made early drift silently as pressure builds. A position taken in preparation is contradicted in diligence by someone who never saw it. A claim made to one party is softened for another. It's what complex systems do under pressure.
A live transaction generates enormous intelligence. Every buyer question tests the company's position. Every answer is a commitment. But that signal is scattered across email, the data room, spreadsheets, and the memory of whoever happened to handle it. By the time it matters, it cannot be assembled. The company is negotiating against a record it no longer holds.
Vantage models the conditions that hold a transaction together.
Vantage can identify and propose relationships across the transaction, such as the claim a buyer question is testing or the evidence supporting a response. A named user reviews and confirms consequential relationships before they become part of the record. The system supports judgment; it does not replace the people accountable for it.
