Vantage is developed by LosAltos Advisory, a management-side transaction practice, and engineered as software for the people responsible for holding a complex process together.
LosAltos Advisory works alongside management teams in complex transactions. Vantage emerged from operating problems that recurred across transactions and is now used to support the same kind of engagements. The advisory practice provides the transaction context; the software makes the resulting operating discipline persistent and repeatable.
Mia Javier founded LosAltos Advisory after a career helping organizations navigate complex operational transitions across critical infrastructure, enterprise technology, and organizational transformation.
From critical infrastructure to large-scale digital transformation programs, her work has centered on one problem: keeping decisions, responsibilities, and execution aligned while organizations change under pressure. The same pattern repeats across every setting. As pressure rises, coherence is the first thing an organization loses.
Vantage grew from that observation. Transactions are the most demanding operational transitions an organization undertakes, which makes them the environment where the platform is developed and proven before the same coordination architecture is applied more broadly.
Christopher Zorn, Platform Architect, leads the architecture and engineering of Vantage. He brings more than fifteen years of experience building production systems, including staff-level engineering roles at Flexport and Zillow.
His work translates Vantage's transaction model into software that can safely support sensitive data, complex permissions, and a growing operational record.
Vantage holds a company's most sensitive transaction data, and is built accordingly: each deal is isolated, nothing material changes without an attributable owner, and every change to the record is itself a record: timed, authored, and never silently overwritten. Access is arranged directly, and scoped to the people running the process. The security posture is reviewed with each partner before a deal begins.
Nothing appears without a source, an owner, and a history.
Every decision answers to continuity. A report printed today should read correctly in a decade, in an archive, without its author present.
No hand-holding, no persuasion. The audience runs transactions for a living, and is addressed as such.
A short introduction to the problem, the product, and how it supports transaction execution.
